What is the post support used for?
Easy post supports are very practical and find their use in many garden projects. Due to the freely movable 5 mm thick support plate, the post is still height adjustable after installation.
How is the support foot constructed and how is this used? The post support Oskar can be screwed on a flat concrete or wooden floor with the help of 4 holes, each with a diameter of 10 mm, or anchored with a bolt anchor.
If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the post support with the movable support plate and its locking nut can be adjusted in a range of 30 - 150 mm even after installation. The 150 mm long threaded rod enables both the function of height adjustment and the function of a mandrel which is screwed in or out of the post when the height is adjusted.
What should be considered and what are the technical details of the post support?
For stability reasons, approximately 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security. Thanks to galvanizing, the Oskar post support is optimally protected against external weather conditions. The base plate has a dimension of 100 × 100 mm and the carrier plate has a dimension of 70 × 70 mm.
