What is the post support used for?
The Konrad post supports are height-adjustable due to the right-hand/left-hand thread even after assembly and are therefore used in many gardening projects.
How is the support foot constructed and how is this used? The post supports can be screwed to a level concrete or wooden floor by means of 4 holes per plate, each with a diameter of 13 mm. If the foundation is not the same height everywhere, the Konrad post support can be adjusted within a range of 140 mm - 200 mm. Thus, height differences of up to 60 mm can be compensated.
In order to avoid an unintentional adjustment of the height, the post supports are equipped with a lock nut. The lock nut is screwed against the long nut and thus prevents unintentional loosening.
What should be considered and what are the technical details of the post support?
For stability reasons, approximately 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security. Thanks to the galvanization, the Konrad post support is optimally protected against external weather influences.
