What is the block used for?

Clamps are used as fasteners for fence gates, garden gates or doors. They are used in combination with Gate hinges and are often also called pivot handle.

The clamp is available in two distances. Narrow and wide, which means the distance between the plate and the spike. The wide clamp is mostly used for thick door leaves.

The blocks are mounted by means of countersunk wood screws on a square post or a planed round post.
