What is the scaffolding clamp used for?
Our Rigid Couplers connect two Scaffolding tubes at a 90° angle to each other. They are used as a rigid connection of scaffolding tubes or in conjunction with our scaffolding anchors to attach the scaffolding to the wall.
How is the clamp constructed and how is it used?
The scaffolding clamps have a diameter of 48 mm and are therefore suitable for all scaffolding with a tube diameter of 4.83 cm. Our rigid coupler is made of galvanised steel and has a ribbed design.
The T-bolt for scaffold coupler is 82 mm long and the Collar nut has a spanner size of 19. The material of the T-bolt for scaffold coupler and Collar nut is yellow galvanised steel.
What should be noted and what technical details does the Scaffold coupler have?
All couplers are produced in accordance with EN 74 and have the corresponding test mark.
