What is the L-post support used for?

L-post girders with curved dowel for setting in concrete are ideally suited for various timber construction projects such as light or low fences. Thanks to the L-shape of the post carrier, posts are mounted quickly and easily.

How is the L-post holder constructed and how is it used?

The 200 mm long curved dolle of the post support is concreted into the ground and is thus permanently anchored in the ground. The wooden posts can be easily fixed after anchoring with suitable wood screws. The necessary holes are already present with a Ø of 11 mm.

During installation, it is important to ensure a small distance between the post and the post support to protect the post from moisture. The beams with cleat are available in the following widths: 70 mm, 80 mm.

What should be considered and what are the technical details of the post support?

The bracket is 100 mm high and is made of 4 mm hot-dip galvanized steel. Our post girders are well protected against external weather conditions by hot-dip galvanizing.
