What is the scaffold clamp used for?

Our loose half coupling is used as a weld-on coupling and for special constructions. For an unproblematic welding the lower part is not galvanized.

How is the clamp constructed and how is it used?

The half-coupler has a diameter of 48 mm when assembled and is therefore suitable for all scaffolds with a tube diameter of 4.83 cm.

In the case of the loose clamp, the upper part and the split pin are galvanized and the lower part is not galvanized. Due coupling is in ribbed design.

What should be considered and what are the technical details of the scaffold coupler?

All couplings are produced according to EN 74 and are provided with the corresponding test mark.
