What is the Perforated plate used for
Perforated plates are highly functional and easy to install. Our perforated plates are very popular and are used for the construction of roof trusses and carports, among other things.
How is the timber connector constructed and how is it used?
Nail plates are usually used for T connections between two squared timbers. The gusset plates have a material thickness of 2 mm and thus provide your timber construction with the necessary stability.
Depending on the size of the perforated plate, there are 21, 30, 36, 40, 50, 60 or 75 holes with a diameter of 5 mm per plate for assembly.
What should be noted and what technical details does the perforated connector have?
Thanks to the Sendzimir galvanisation, our perforated plates are optimally protected against the effects of weathering and are therefore particularly durable. The perforated plates are available in the following sizes: 40 x 120 mm, 40 x 160 mm, 60 x 140 mm, 60 x 200 mm, 60 x 240 mm, 80 x 200 mm, 80 x 300 mm, 100 x 200 mm, 100 x 240 mm and 100 x 300 mm.
