What is the scaffolding clamp used for?

Our Rigid Couplers connect two scaffolding tubes at a 90° angle to each other. They are used as a rigid connection for scaffolding tubes or in conjunction with our scaffolding anchors to attach the scaffolding to the wall.

How is the clamp constructed and how is it used?

The scaffolding clamps have a diameter of 48 mm and are therefore suitable for all scaffolding with a tube diameter of 4.83 cm. Our Rigid coupler is made of hot-dip galvanised steel and has a ribbed design.

The T-head bolt is 82 mm long and the Collar nut has a spanner width of 22. T-head bolt and Collar nut are made of hot-dip galvanised material and have a quick-release thread.
