What is the Toe board coupling used for?
The Toe board coupling is usually used when the toe board socket on the stabilising frame is missing or too short. The Half-coupler is attached to the scaffolding and ensures a connection to the toe board with its welded Mandrel.
How is the coupler constructed and how is it used?
The diameter of the coupler is 48 mm and is therefore suitable for all scaffolding with a tube diameter of 4.83 cm. The coupling is attached to the scaffolding using the 82 mm hammerhead bolt and the Collar nut with a spanner size of AF 22. The toe board only needs to be attached to the spigot. The diameter of the toe board connector is 14 mm. The toe board coupling is ribbed and made of galvanised steel and is therefore well protected against external weather influences.
What should be noted and what technical details does the Scaffold coupler have?
All couplers are produced in accordance with EN 74 and are provided with the corresponding test mark.
