What is the scaffold clamp used for?

Our standard couplers connect two scaffold tubes at 90° to each other. They are used as a rigid connection of scaffold tubes or also in connection with our scaffold anchors to fix the scaffold to the wall.

How is the clamp constructed and how is it used?

The scaffold clamps have a diameter of 48 mm and are therefore suitable for all scaffolds with a tube diameter of 4.83 cm. Our Rigid Coupler is made of galvanized steel and has a ribbed design.

The hammerhead bolt is 82 mm long and the collar nut has a wrench size of 22. The material of the hammerhead bolt and collar nut is yellow galvanized steel.
