What is the Grendel latch used for?
The Grendelbolt with spring is used as a locking variant for fence gates or doors in the garden. The built-in spring prevents the bolt from releasing on its own, which can be caused by vibrations.
How is the gate slider constructed and how is it used?
The gate slider consists of three components, a bolt, the base plate and a loop for the bolt lock. During installation, it must be ensured that the bolt of the Grendelbolt with spring can be pushed out 25 mm.
The base plate with the dimensions 35 x 70 is screwed to a door or gate at 6 screw-on points with a Ø of 3 mm. The loop for the Tail latch has a length of 35 mm and a width of 10 mm, this is screwed to two screw-on points with a Ø of 4 mm on the part that is to be locked with the door.
