How is the H Post Base constructed and how is it used?
The 590 mm long post tube of the Post Support is first concreted into the foundation. The post itself is attached to the 80 x 6 mm support plate of the bracket.
In addition, a rod dowel can be used to secure the post from a cross-section of 10 cm. This is particularly recommended for lifting loads. The hole diameter on the Mandrel is 11 mm.
What should be considered and what technical details does the H-shaped concrete anchor have? The Post Base has a high load-bearing capacity and is optimally protected against external weather influences thanks to its hot-dip galvanisation.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Galvanisch, Feuer- und Zinklamellenbeschichtet?
Bei der Galvanischen Verzinkung wird mithilfe von elektrischem Strom eine dünne Zinkschicht aufgetragen. Bei der Feuerverzinkung wird der Stahl in geschmolzenes Zink eingetaucht, wodurch eine dickere Schutzschicht entsteht.
Bei der Zinklamellenbeschichtung wird eine Schicht aus Zinklamellen und Aluminiumlamellen aufgetragen.
