What is the post support used for?
Post holders Harry adjustable in height are still adjustable in height after assembly due to the right / left thread and therefore find their use in many horticultural projects.
How is the support foot constructed and how is this used? The post supports can be screwed to a level concrete or wooden floor with the help of 4 holes per plate, each with a diameter of 13 mm. In case the foundation is not the same height everywhere, the Harry post support can be adjusted within a range of 140 mm - 190 mm, thus compensating for height differences of 50 mm.
In order to avoid an unintentional adjustment of the height, the post supports are equipped with a lock nut. The lock nut is screwed against the long nut and thus prevents unintentional loosening.
What should be considered and what are the technical details of the post support?
For stability reasons, approximately 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security. Thanks to the galvanization, the Post Girder Harry is optimally protected against external weather influences.
