What is the height adjustable Post support adjustable used for

Post supports Oskar easy are very practical and are used in many garden projects. Thanks to the freely movable 5 mm thick support plate, the post can still be adjusted in height even after installation.

How is the support base constructed and how is it used?

The Oskar post support can be screwed to a level concrete or wooden floor using 4 holes, each with a diameter of 12 mm, or anchored using bolt anchors.

If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the Post support with its movable support plate and locking nut can be adjusted within a range of 30 - 150 mm even after installation. The 150 mm long threaded rod enables both the height adjustment function and the function of a Mandrel that is screwed into or out of the post when the height is adjusted.

What should be noted and what technical details does the Post Base have?

Important:

For stability reasons, around 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security.

Thanks to the galvanisation, the Oskar Post Base is optimally protected against external weather influences. The base plate measures 100 × 100 mm and the support plate measures 70 × 70 mm.

Wann sind höhenverstellbare Pfostenträger sinnvoll?

Höhenverstellbare Stützenfüße sind ideal, wenn der Untergrund ungleichmäßig ist, sich das Erdreich nachträglich setzt oder schwere Holzkonstruktionen wie Terrassenüberdachungen und Carports millimetergenau in Waage gebracht werden müssen

Kann die Höhe im montierten Zustand verstellt werden?

Ja, eine Höhenverstellung ist auch im Nachhinein möglich. Über eine integrierte Gewindestange oder Mutter können Sie die Höhe nachträglich verändern.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen den festen und losen Muttern?

Wir haben verschiedene Modelle im Sortiment. Mit angeschweißter Mutter oder C-förmiger Trägerplatte, je nachdem, was der Pfostenträger aushalten und welchen Einflüssen er standhalten soll. Für Projekte die starkem Wind ausgesetzt sind, empfehlen wir den Pfostenträger Hans.

Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Galvanisch, Feuer- und Zinklamellenbeschichtet?

Bei der Galvanischen Verzinkung wird mithilfe von elektrischem Strom eine dünne Zinkschicht aufgetragen. Bei der Feuerverzinkung wird der Stahl in geschmolzenes Zink eingetaucht, wodurch eine dickere Schutzschicht entsteht

Bei der Zinklamellenbeschichtung wird eine Schicht aus Zinklamellen und Aluminiumlamellen aufgetragen.

Wie hoch ist die Belastbarkeit?

Die Belastbarkeit variiert stark durch verschiedene Faktoren wie dem fachgerechten Einbau, Beschaffenheit des Untergrundes und der Anzahl der verwendeten Pfostenträger. Grundsätzlich empfehlen wir vor dem Kauf das Bauprojekt mit einem Statiker durchzusprechen, um einen sicheren Bau zu gewährleisten.

Daher haben wir keine technischen Datenblätter bei uns hinterlegt.

Wie viel Abstand sollte zwischen Pfosten und Fundament sein?

Bei höhenverstellbaren Pfostenträgern darf der Pfosten nicht direkt auf dem Beton aufliegen. Ein Abstand von etwa 2 bis 5 cm wird empfohlen, damit Spritzwasser ablaufen und das Holz atmen kann (konstruktiver Holzschutz).
