What is the post support used for?
Ulrich post supports are height-adjustable even after assembly due to the freely movable support plate and are therefore used in many horticultural projects.
How is the support foot constructed and how is this used?
The post support can be screwed with the help of 4 holes on a level concrete or wooden floor or anchored with a bolt anchor.
If the foundation is not the same height everywhere, the post support can be adjusted with the movable support plate and its locking nut even after installation. The threaded rod enables both the function of height adjustment and the function of a mandrel which is screwed in or out of the post when the height is adjusted.
What should be considered and what are the technical details of the post support?
For stability reasons, approximately 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security. Thanks to the galvanization, the Ulrich post support is optimally protected against external weather influences.
