What is the scaffolding clamp used for?
Our Rigid Couplers connect two Scaffolding tubes with different diameters at a 90° angle to each other. They are used as a rigid connection for Scaffolding tubes or in conjunction with our scaffolding anchors to attach the scaffolding to the wall.
How is the clamp constructed and how is it used?
The scaffolding clamps have a diameter of 48 and 60 mm and are used to connect Scaffolding tubes with a diameter of 4.83 cm and 6.00 cm. Our rigid coupler is made of hot-dip galvanised steel and has a ribbed design.
The T-bolt for scaffold coupler has a metric thread and the Collar nut has a spanner size of 22. The material of the T-bolt for scaffold coupler and Collar nut is yellow galvanised steel.
What should be noted and what technical details does the Scaffold coupler have?
All couplers are produced in accordance with EN 74 and have the corresponding test mark.
