What is the scaffold clamp used for?

Our tilt pin couplers are mounted on the guardrail post or the adjusting frame and serve as a receptacle for guardrails on the scaffold bay. After mounting the coupler at the desired height, the guardrail is pulled over the coupler pin.

How is the tilt pin clamp constructed and how is it used?

The railing clamp has a diameter of 48 mm and is therefore suitable for all scaffolds with a tube diameter of 4.83 cm. The tilting pin has a Ø of 20 mm. Our railing coupler is made of hot-dip galvanized steel and ribbed design.

The hammerhead bolt is 82 mm long and the collar nut has a wrench size of 22. The material of the hammerhead bolt and collar nut is yellow galvanized steel.
