What is the Tail latch used for?
Tail latches are a robust and practical locking variant for locking and securing garden gates and doors. During installation, it must be ensured that the bolt of the Tail latch can be pushed out 50 mm.
How is the door bolt constructed and how is it used?
The door bolt is suitable for both right-hand and left-hand doors. The bolt consists of three components, a bolt, the base plate and a screw-on plate for bolt locking.
The base plate measures 100 x 75 and has 4 round screw-on points with a Ø of 5 mm as well as two 5 x 5 mm square holes. These are used in conjunction with round-head screws and a hexagon nut to secure them against pulling out. The loop for the bolt lock has a length of 65 mm and a width of 20 mm, this is screwed to two screw points with a Ø of 5 mm on the frame which is to be locked with the door.
What should be considered and what technical details does the door bolt have? Thanks to the galvanised coating, the Slide bolts are protected against external weather influences.
