What is the adjustable support base used for?
Post support Ulrich is height-adjustable even after installation thanks to the freely movable 6 mm thick support plate and is therefore used in many gardening projects.
How is the Post support adjustable base constructed and how is it used?
The Post support can be screwed to a level concrete or wooden floor using 4 holes, each with a diameter of 13 mm, or anchored using bolt anchors.
If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the Post support can be adjusted with the movable support plate and its locking nut in a range of 50 - 130 mm even after installation. The 150 mm long threaded rod with a diameter of 24 mm enables both the height adjustment function and the function of a Mandrel that is screwed into or out of the post when the height is adjusted.
What should be noted and what technical details does the Post support have?
Important:
For stability reasons, around 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security. Thanks to the hot-dip galvanisation, the Ulrich Post support is optimally protected against external weather influences. The base plate measures 100 × 100 mm and the support plate measures 80 × 80 mm.
