What is the Post Base used for
Post Support Hans is height adjustable even after installation thanks to the C-shaped 6 mm thick support plate. The support legs are therefore very practical in horticulture or general construction with wooden posts.
How is the support leg constructed and how is it used?
The post support can be screwed to a level concrete or wooden floor using 4 holes, each with a diameter of 13 mm, or anchored using bolt anchors.
If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the Post support can be adjusted with the movable support plate and its locking nut in a range of 60 - 130 mm even after installation. The 150 mm long threaded rod enables both the height adjustment function and the function of a Mandrel that is screwed into or out of the post when the height is adjusted.
What should be noted and what technical details does the Post support have?
Important:
For stability reasons, around 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread safety. Thanks to the galvanisation, Post support Hans is optimally protected against external weather influences. The base plate measures 100 × 100 mm and the support plate measures 80 × 80 mm.
