Alfred post supports are very practical and find their use in many garden & timber construction projects. On the support plate is welded the hexagon nut, the welding serves to fix the plate.
If the foundation does not have the same height everywhere, the post support can be adjusted with the movable support plate and its locking nut even after installation. The threaded rod enables both the function of height adjustment and the function of a mandrel which is screwed in or out of the post when the height is adjusted.
Important:
For stability reasons, approximately 10 - 20 mm of the adjustment range is required as thread security. Thanks to galvanizing, the post support is optimally protected against external weather conditions.
